splendid stay!
cute staffspacious room
the staff were so cute upon my arrival. a complimentary glass of bubbles was a tender touch. the room was spacious and quiet. the modern bathroom was quite gorgeous too

The staff was helpful and friendly, I am grateful. I received an upgrade to a wonderful room, and it. The location was excellent. I easily visited many attractions in the short time I had. I will always remember the experience.

The hotel is located in the city center, but the area remains quiet, and I felt safe! It's just a short walk to the metro or tram, so transportation was never a problem. Many main attractions are within a 5-10 minute walk.

The location was really central to everything i wanted to see. i walked to most places, which i liked. i also liked the pastries and coffee they offered in the evenings. It was like a nice treat after a day of seeing the sights.
the room wasnt cleaned perfectly, i think they need more attention to detail.

the location was good. it was near the kafkas hand monument. the room had excellent accommodations, and the receptionist was very kind and helpful.
the hotel is next to kafkas head. i found that our room was not clean properly. coffee machine and cups were dusty, and the bathroom was dirty too. the sheets are not clean either.

The hotel location proved to be a strong point. I found I could easily access many places of interest on foot. Countless shops and restaurants are also conveniently nearby. The staff provided great service.
My room was not cleaned very thoroughly . The coffee machine and cups in my room had accumulated dust. I noticed the bathroom also showed signs of inadequate cleaning. Sheets didn't appear clean.
